Retrenchment Letter

Hi, 

I have received retrenchment benefit on last year, i have do submission E FAILING income tax based on my EA form they is an amount on the EA form on colomm pampasan kehilangan perkerja based on the figure LHDN has request to hacve a letter of the retrenchment. What should i do now due to my previous company is reject to issuue the letter with reason that i have tender resign letter by self. Actually on that time, company has force me to tender the resign letter if not there will not giving the retrenchment benefit to me. So now what should i do, to get this letter? 

Any Advice ?

To me, since you have tendered your resignation, (in order to get retrenchment benefits as you alleged), it looks like it is going to be problematic to get your previous company to issue a retrenchment letter if they chose not to give one. Consult the Labour Department see what they say.
