年新员工问题 Annual Leave problematic employee *urgent

你好,不好意思我有个紧急问题

我有个员工,要签合约时她说好要做一年 然后我们也有说明一年后才可以apply annual leave. 今年新年期间她并还没有做满一年,可是她说她要提前apply 她的annual leave因为今年的6月她就做满一年了。我们也同意了让她提早先apply 5天 , 过后才扣除出。结局她竟然在4月时说要辞职,根本没有做满一年的打算。

4月的薪水我已经Bank transfer给她了。

​我想请问我可以扣在她的epf & sosco那边吗?
要跟她扣回薪水应该不可能了,因为已经进钱去她的户口,她人也已经不在这里了。

How many months she has worked before resigning. She may be entitled to prorated leave to the number of months of service. I can count with (Leave entitlement/12months) x No. of months of service.

Whatever, it is you cannot deduct from EPF and SOCSO.
