Short of notice

I have 1 staff requested for early release and she is willing to pay the short notice payment in lieu.As mutual agreed, her last day is 30 April 2018. However she was MIA since 26 April 2018. Is 26 April to 30 April treated as unpaid leave or her early release shall be carry forward & effective on 26 April 2018?Professional advice please.Thank you

That is no unpaid leave, she should pay back compensation to the company for the number of days of absence instead. .
