Maternity Leave

Hi,

I have a question about maternity leave. If the staff apply her maternity leave on 15 Jan 2018 - 15 Mar 2018 which is the total leave is only = 52 days. As maternity leave are entitled to 60 days rest means 8 days she working from the 60 days rest. What company need to do if the hr misseen this situation and to be fair to the employee.

Is maternity leave include rest day on sunday?

60 days is all in.

15 Jan - 31 Jan = 17 day

Full Feb : 28 day

1-15 March = 15 day

Total = 60 days

Your HR is correct
