Additional terms and condition in offer letter.

Hi I recently received a offer letter for a management role. Most of the terms and condition are quite standard except two additional terms and condition.

The Company may at its discretion and either on a temporary or permanent basis:

- change your work duties, work patterns , including your ordinary hours of work to allow The company the ability to provide 24 hour / 7 days a week coverage throughout the business as and when required, title or reporting relationship; or

- require you to occupy a position other than the referred to above but only if the other position is no less favourable in status to and has a level of remuneration which is no less favorable to that of the position referred above. 

Is this type of terms and condition normal for management role in a MNC? I seems like the terms and condition is unfavourable towards me.

Need some expert and guidance here.

Well, if you think those terms and codnition are not suitable, you really have to decide whether to accept the offer or not.
