Hi, I am an employee under probation period with salary more than 2k.

Last month 29 march I tender my resignation to the HR with one month notice. But after one day, the HR informed me via text message that I don't have to come to work starting tomorrow, without any official email/release letter.

After 7th april (the pay day), I ask the HR for my march salary but he said I didn't fulfilled the one month notice and therefore need to pay them 1 month salary in lieu, which offset my march salary.

I said I am willing to serve one month notice but is you, HR ask me don't come to work, what I can do? Then he said do you have the official release letter from us? If not need to follow the law as per offer letter.

I only have text message as proof as they don't even give me the official letter.

What can I do? Shall I go for Civil Court?

I think you can go and consult a lawyer first see whether you can sue in court or not.
