Employer start new flexi leave system in 2018 to replaced what used to be 20days AL to unlimited subject to rules. And if you resign, there is 0 leave entitlement or payout. Only staff with<2k eligible for section 60E based on Employment Act

In your case, the Labour Department may not be able to help you as you are not covered by the EA.

What about your other colleagues, do they have any issue like you have?

Everyone in the company is effected. Some good manages will approve longer leaves on the side allowing them to leave earlier.

If those of you affected by the change have grievances, you can bring the matter up with the company;s HR. Besides that, I really can't think of any venue where you can go for help.
