Employment without Contract

I am being employed by a retail company.

Basic salary: RM1,500 per month ( I am 18 years old)

Working Hour: Tuesday to Sunday (Rest day on Monday)  11am to 7pm (any other hour beyond this is considered OT).

My issue is I started working for them since last September 2017 till current without any contract given to me.

I was not being paid for EPF & SOCSO. I usually get may salary via bank transfer and the salary usually comes on 7th of the month and sometimes 11th of the month.

When I am onleave it was always unpaid as there's no annual leave (like I said no contract)

There ain't any confirmation and I have a thought of moving on to somewhere with brighter future. But do you think I am eligible to lodge a report against this company for all the above shortcomings?

Yes, you can bring the matter with EPF, SOCSO as well as the Labour Department.
