employment disputes

I have been reinstated by industrial court on 2012 . 

Now I'm applying new job to fill in the application form. There is a question asked whether I have been in any employment-related dispute with current/former employer(s)? 

shall I answer Yes or No? 

does this consider as dispute?

By dispute, you meant the Industrial Court case? Tough question, Yes or No answer will have consequences, I think.  .

What else can it be if not a industrial court case. The possible impact could be that the potential employer might be reluctant to take in some who had taken employer to court, a trouble maker they might think. You can answer NO, hoping they won't know anything about your previous case but you can't be sure whether they know or not.
