Assuming the annual leave is 14 days. If a staff completes a year of service, one additional day of leave will be given.

For instance, if a person has worked for 3 years, and he/she should get 16 days (14 + 2 additional leave). Is it appropriate for the employer to fall back to 14 days in the year he resigns?

FYI, There's a clause for this clawback in the earlier version of employment letter but not the recent one. The policy never states that before.
