您好,我想请问下劳工法令是不是规定员工一个星期只能工作48小时,我公司的外劳一天工作12小时,一星期七天,一个月30天都没有休息那么这样会触犯劳工法吗?

max working hour / week = 48 hour

Max working hour + OT = 60hours

​However, you may apply extra overtime approval from labour office = 104 hour OT

anyway,even it violate the the labour law, i believe they are happy when they required to do OT 24/7. You may try to reduce their OT and see their respond. They will come to you and request for more OT

If worker work more than max working hour/OT, technically company is violating the labour law. However, practically, if worker willing to do and accept and not complaining then labour office wont know anything /take action.
