Hi Malaysia Labour Law officer,

I would like to check, I resigned from a company and my last day was December 2017, the company already delay my salary and some claims for 2 months. May I know what is the right procedure for me to take action from Labour Law? What kind of document that I need to bring to the Labour Law to make a report?

You may bring your resignation acceptance letter + related docs and claim from labour office
