Hi,

I would like to ask, if the contract is still valid for another year, can company ask for resign (forcefully) or terminate the employee ?

Looking forward to hearing a legal advice,

Many thanks in advance,

Regards

They can do whatever they want and you can execute your right to claim back wages in relation to the unexpired period of your contract

Thank you so much for your kind response,

Claim back wages also effective on expat (as a foreigner working)?

Could you also suggest how to deal with claiming back wages?

Many thanks,

you need to file your case as unfair dismissal in Industrial court and they will advise you accordingly

However please note that it will be a long process
