Dear professions,

i serve in my current company for the seventh year already, and my current annual leave is 20 days. but recently my company announced that they had reviewed the company policy and decided to deduct every staff annual leave for 2-4 days, means last year my annual leave is 20days, and after the so called review, my leave becomes 16 days this year.  and my question is, can a company do that to the employees? and does it against the malaysian labours law?

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Riff

they cant change unilaterally. If they change it, you can challenge in in IR for breaking your contract
