We employed a Sales Co-ordinator in June 2017 with married status. The following month we were acknowledged she's pregnant due to frequent medical leave. Her working performance and attendance was poor and the management had a discussion with her and giving her time to improve her performance. But it was verbally extended the probation period to another 3 months. Now that we review and again and found that she still cannot proved herself to meet the co's requirement. Can we extend the probation period again and what is the maximum period. We feel very sorry if we terminate her service with the company as she is expecting in March 2018. What is the best solution in this case ?

probationer remain probation until he/she being communicated with confirmation. You can extend the probation to "N" times

However, if he/she still not able to meet requirement and you want to keep her, why not you redesignate her to another position which may suit her better
