TERMINATION OR NO RENEWAL THE CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT

I need the advise on the below scenario which I facing.
A staff Join in : 14th August 2017
3 month probation
Extend 1 month probation
Contract expiry 31st December 2018
Medical leave : Until today 14 day (16/01/2018)
Unpaid leavel: 16 days 
On the 3rd Janaury 2018 she claim she have admitted to KL hospital with attached document of medical leave.
So can I terminate her or send her a letter state the we are not going to renew her contract of employment?

It looks like she is a person of not in very good health. Discuss with her about her problems and the company's problems in view of her health and attendance, see if there is any solution.
