Payment terms for bonding

Hi. Lately, I have attended a course worth of RM16k and I'm bonded in my current company for three years. However, I have intend to tender my resignation due issues as follow:

i) My 6 months probation has been extended for another 3 months. *Base on my understanding, bonding will supersede job confirmation. Please advise on this*

ii) Is it possible for me to pay the course amount in monthly terms? The bonding form is not specifically mentioning pertaining to payment terms (whether in lump sum or by monthly). Since I'm not affordable to pay that much of money in lump sum, is it possible for me to escalate this matter to industrial court if I intend to resign?

Please advise.

You better have everything clearly sorted out with the company first before you tender your resignation. You don't whether they will sue you or not.
