Termination - Not Performing due to MCs

Dear Sir/Madam,

We have a scenario, where 1 of our staff here has been keep on MC with various sickness. At first, due to his Swollen Leg, was away for around 2wk - 3wk. Where no doctors able to detect what was the problem until he seek treatment from traditional urut.

Later now, due to his eye problem where he was hospitalized and still on MCs at the moment.

The boss would like to see what is the best solution to solve this as he is not able to work as his work is as QC and only 1 QC at the moment. Lots of jobs are pending due to his away and we need to get other staff to handle his job.

Bos is thinking to Terminate him in a proper procedure as we are not able to wait for him to fully recover (we do not know his actual condition). Or to Degrading him.

Appreciate your professional advice what is the best way for us to handle this.

Try to get medical report first about his medical conditions before you can decide what's to  be the next step to take. As for pending work, you will have to think of some way to solve it.
