One of my employee who need to serve 2 months resignation notice request for early release by 30/11/2017.
Company agreed of his request of early release and willing to pay him up to 30/11/2017 which will be his last employment day.
However, currently he still have 5 days annual leave. If he did not clear these leave by 30/11/2017, do company need to pay him in money term or just forfeit these annual leave.
