taking annual leave for work place closure

my employer recently decided to close the work place on specific days during the year. These days are taken of my annual leave. The employer asks me now to sign a new contract, which states that the employer has the right to use those annual leave days to cover those additional closure days (which are just decided by the employer). Or in other words: the employer decides now when i have to take some of annual leave. I do no agree with this procedure. The employer didn't talk to the staff about this, and just imposes this new procedure and contract on staff.

My question: can the employer just take my annual leave days to cover up these closure days? And what if i do not agree to this new contract, what can the employer do?

Should not accept such a term. See what the employer can do, let him make the next move.
