Currently,I'm working in a private company and I have already gave my 1 month resignation notice to the Hr department.

During My exit interview with Hr Assistant,she behaved / talked rude with me. It was an unprofessional talk which I really cannot accept. The way she treated the junior staff is really unfair especially in term of giving Respect. During my exit interview she also threatened me said will go the IR court regarding MC issue ( which I unable to give my MC for 2 days sick leave ) without any warning letter.

Can I file a complaint against her labor department regarding this issue and there any chances for her to file a complaint against me at the IR department. Kindly please do clarify my doubts . Thank you.
