Hi Good Day!

my company is healthcare, some staff working as double shift which is (7.00am to 7.pm & 7.00pm to 7am). so per shift they work 12 hours.

now my question is, if staff come to work on her night off day we pay overtime from 7.00pm to 7.00am but do they will entitle for night shift allowance and meal allowance seems we paying them 1st 7 hours per day basic salary rate and balance 5 hours pay them double overtime rate?

Thank you.

I don't think shift and meal allowances have anything to do with overtime. I suppose for normal 8 hours shift, you still have give those allowances, isn't it?
