Lateness can deduct salary

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have one confirmed staff  tendered his resignation letter and served 2 month notice.His salary is RM4000++,the issue is even before he resign,he always come in late,now after he resigned and served his 2 month notice,he still come in late even though with numerous verbal warning,he still did not improve.
Question:
1.Can we deduct his salary prorated for the lateness?
2.After 3 written warning letter,can we terminate his service immediate?
We have a proper punch in/out system to proof his lateness,below is some of the example​

17/10     9:30am        18:03pm
19/10     9:24am        18:12pm
20/10     9:47am        18:05pm
24/10     9:49am        18:07pm
27/10     9:55am        18:09pm​
