(1700/26/8) x 3 x No. of OT hours.

so confuse for me about PH. Which step is correctly.

e.g. 4 September 2017 PH, company operate as usual:

1) Choose paid OT - (Salary/26/8) x 2 x 8 hours per day.

2) Choose to replace leave but just replace 1 day as AL.

Please kindly advise, thanks

The employer must pay as  in 1. but the worker can choose to take 2 if he agrees.

Thanks KL Siew..

Means either one also can choose for the not compulsory 5 gazetted PH?

Cause now our company choose just replace 1 day as Annual Leave. is it correct just replace 1 day?

that like the example, means all working on PH more than 8 hours the OT calculation is base on 3.0 rate right? here my problem if the employee working hours is 12.00pm to 9.30pm and the employee thumb in on 10.00 am to 9.30 pm or thumb in on 10.00 am to 8.30 pm on the PH so how the OT calculation.

Please kindly advise, thanks.

and one more question for OT on PH, if the employee working hours is 10.00 am to 7.00 pm Monday to Friday and 10.00 am to 3.00 pm Saturday. How should i calculate OT for him is working OT on Saturday until 5.00 pm but in the same day is a PH?

Thanks

1) the worker working hours is 12.00pm to 9.30pm.
that mean the worker also entitle OT calculation for early in right? so if that day is PH?

a) if the worker report working on 10.00am to 9.30 pm

b) or if report working on 10.00 am to 8.30 pm

2) if the worker is working six day a week but Saturday working hours is 10.00am to 3.00pm in the same day is a PH.

so if the worker working until 5.00pm so how to i calculate the OT on that day

Thanks

Simple, if you know the worker's normal working hours, any hours after  the normal work will be OT.
