For DI, I can't cite any court judgment, but I think 2 weeks to a month should be enough for management to arrive at a decision.

So I stay on Suspension until it is decided?   There should be something sited or rules to follow.....?

After the hearing.

The panel will discuss the hearing and study the evidence given by both parties;
The chairman will submit the panel's finding and recommendations to the Management

E. Management's decision.

(a) dismiss without notice the employee; or

(b) downgrade the employee; or

(c ) impose any other lesser punishment as he deems just and fit, and where a punishment of suspension without wages is imposed, it shall not exceed a period of two weeks.

So it seems to me it needs to be done directly aftwards....? not two weeks to a month
