I'm now pregnant. Expected due date will be 7 March 2018. Am I entitled for the maternity leave? I joined this company on July 2017 (probation 3 months). Because my CFO just informed me that I haven't work a full year so I may be not entitle for the 2 months maternity leave. Is that true? Or work for 4 months will be entitle already? Does the 4 months including probation period? or only can be calculated after I passed my probation?

If you are still with the company by the time of confinement, you should be entitled to 60 maternity leave with pay. No need to complete 1 year service. Give a call to the Labour Department and get an official ruling.
