Salary Deduction

Hi, I have a staff that is always taking leave. Her current annual leave is 12 days per year and is all being used up already.

So now that I have to calculate her salary, how am I supposed to deduct her pay? and most importantly EPF.

Through her basic pay?(before EPF) (for example: RM2,050/month[26days] but only come to work for 22.5days) so instead of her normal basic pay of RM2,050.00(26days), I would only pay her RM1,774.00(22.5days)?

or just normal deduction - without deduction of the basic pay and EPF?

You deduct EPF and SOCSO from RM1774
