Hi. I was absent without notice to the Company for 3 days and was terminated after 3 days. Now Company asking for 3 months compensation from me in lieu of 3 months resignation notice. But I'm in 2 years Contract with this Company and expires on 21/09/17. My last working day is 15/08/17. I also have my13days annual leave balance. And my 15days salary from 01 - 15/08/17 was not paid. So does this Company still have the right to claim 3 months salary whereby my Contract expires next month? And how can I pay this 3 months if I can't secure any job right now? Your urgent response is much appreciated. Thanks.

That could be problems. Anyway, don't repond to their demand first. You should go to either the Labour Department or the Industrial Relations Department and get some official advice.
