Short Notice Given

Hi,

I have tender my resignation on 19/07/2017, and i wish to work until 17/08/2017. And from 14-17/08/2017  I will use my balance of AL. My current post is require 2 months notice. May I know how to calculate the amount I needed to pay to my company? Does it need to calculate include saturday and sunday for that?

1. For leave balance, sort it out the company how to use it.

2. Compensation for short notice should include rest days.

1. Alright,understand about this.

2. So does it mean Basic salary/31 days x total working days = amount I need to pay to company?

Not x working days, x all days. Use 31 since rest days are included.
