Resignation- Replacement leave

I would like to clarify on resignation by an employee who is still under the probation. She will tender resignation with 1 week notice and have 2  days of replacement leave. Does this replace  leave need to take into account.

Please advise

Although replacement leave is different from earned annual leave, I think in order to be fair, take that into consideration by allowing her to leave two days earlier but must pay for it.
