离职后,收到前公司的信件说不完整的交代

你好,

我想问离职后的三个星期才收到前公司的信件说我在离职后没有完整的交代。

我需要恢信吗 ? 该公司还欠妥薪金。  我该怎什么 ?

还有问一个问题,请问劳工法令有这条例吗 ? 

"Proper Smooth flow of handover was not conducted."

The handover should include both a face-to-face conversation and a written document. Should make sure it covers a description of the tasks and processes, unique knowledge, project deadlines, key contacts, any ongoing issues, and details of log-ins, passwords or where keys, company chops are kept.

The handover should be structured, take at least 5 days and include all the day-to-day tasks. There should also be a written note, with specific instructions about systems or projects, and useful contact numbers.

离职前并没有新的员工取代我的职位,所交代的都是直接交给老板。而他来的信件所说的确不属实。
