Resigned - Salary not paid

Dear sir,

I have recently resigned from a company which 31 May 2017 was my last day. My resignation letter was given on 4 May 2017 and accepted by the company even though less than a month notice period.  My salary RM2400 per month before EPF and SOCSO deductions. The company usually paid 50% of half month salary payout on every 15th and 30th / 31st of the month, the remaining salary payout on 7th the following month.

So, i want to know do they have the right to deduct my salary due to short few days notice period?

Beside do they have the right to hold my remaining salary payout for 31 May 2017 and the 7th June 2017?

Please advise what should i do?

You can bring the matter up with the Labour Department.
