Employment Contract Clause Question (Termination & Day in Lieu)

My current contracts says:

a) there is no additional remuneration for work outside of normal working hours. Is this fair (salary is RM5500). I am under the impression that compensation is thru days in lieu.

b) employee will be terminated if they suffer a disability (mental or physical) for a period exceeding 60 days. I find this unreasonable. 

In addition, during probation period we were required to work all weekends for an entire month, with no allowances or days in lieu. During this probation period, we did not receive any offer letter. Salary was paid via cash with no epf, socso or pcb. Employer reasoned that there was no point in making contribution payments if you are not confirmed. Saves the company money.

Looks you are being short changed. Try to negotiate for a better deal if you have not yet taken up the job.
