Labour Law on compensation time clarification

I have been working for a firm, usually I OT more than 6 hours a day, but I am not allowed to charge OT as my boss only deem that it is not effective hours put into my work.  I have placed a lot of efforts in my work and I would love to get a second opinion whether is it possible for me to claim back overtime cost?

At the moment, I am just an associate working for the firm.

Thanks and regards,

If you have records of the number of hours of OT, you can go to the Labour Department to lodge a claim there against the company.

Thank you for you reply. As my job nature, requires me to work offsite, is there any complications when it comes to lodging the claim against the company?
