Can we terminate an employee under probation who take more than 10 days EL and also at least taking 3 MC per month. All this just happened in two months from the first day he joined the company. And he did not delivery his work at all.

Have you given previous warnings about the EL? If you have given him warnings and there was no improvement in the attendance then you may think of terminate his service. If not, better to be strict about it now by giving him warnings.

Yes. Have given warning letter to him. Can we terminate him within 24 hours?

Hi CCL,

After you gave him warning, his conduct of absentism is still continuing? Did he provide reason for not coming?

Plus risk for termination of probationer who undergone 2 months probationary period is just 2 months.
