Dear Sir/ Madam, 

I would like to ask about my maternity leave entitlement. I joined this current company on last year 18 April 2016, and I was hand in the resignation letter on 7th September 2016, but I found out that I was pregnant after I hand in my resignation, immediately I wrote in withdraw of resignation letter to the management, my immediate superior force me to wrote in about gave up on 1 month maternity leave, instead of 2 months maternity leave. Can you advise me, what can I do to appeal for my case please? Many thanks.

If you have been working since September 2016 until now, you should be entitled to 60 days maternity leave with pay. What your superior did was wrong. Bring the matter up with your HR department about it.
