Company working hour is 8:30am-5:30pm, overtime claim start from 6:30pm. Normal overtime rate is RM15/hr for weekdays, and RM25/hr for weekends and public holiday. Staff A monthly basic salary is RM2700. But on February , company give double rate claim for whom working overtime.Staff A overtime claim is RM4000 on February. Is it logic to get that overtime claim?

You will have to check with the company, there may not some reasons or  is it  possible that you might have got some wrong info about the matter?

Staff A worked 105 hrs OT from 17/1/2017 to 12/2/2017. Seem ridiculous. Almost everyday OT.

As I know according to Labour Law, OT can't more than 104 hrs per month rite?

Is there any other Labour Law shows that OT claim should not more than basic salary?

Not knowing the actual situation of A, it is hard to make any comment. He may need the money, I don't know. To me, any complaint should come from A. It looks like you are right about the 104 hours OT limit under the EA, but this staff is not covered by that Act unless he is in the manual category. You can bring the matter up with your management if you think there is favoritism from  someone in allotting more overtime to any particular staff.
