My staff who joined us 17/10/2016.
Tender resignation letter on 19.02.2017 and last day is 28.02.2017.
Feb'17 unpaid leave is compulsory deduction? Because we not yet give confirmation letter to him.
Question 2:
My staff who joined us 17/10/2016.
Confirmation given dated 01.02.2017, those unpaid leave took by Feb'17, consider annual leave ?
May i know annual leave calculation is base on joined date or confirm date ?
