3 Months Notice Period During Probation

Dear Sir

Is it enforceable under the labour law if I resign and not serve the 3 months period required under my employment agreement during probation. If I serve one month and do not pay up the rest of the 2 months, can I be sued by the employer? Is it legal to hold an employee to a 3 months notice period during probation?

Really appreciate your input since I am in a desperate position. Thank you very much.

If there is such a contract of service, it is valid for both employer and employee.
