How to calculate EPF & SOCSO contribution if there have unpaid leave

Hi.
Is that mean, EPF contribution is based on gross pay?
ex: basic salary = RM800.00
      unpaid leave on January 2017 : rm800/31days*15days = rm387.10)
      gross pay = rm412.90

If yes, how about SOCSO? is it the same as EPF? the contribution based on gross pay?

You just make the deduction according to the EPF and SOCSO tables.

Employment Act 1955 + its inclusive of employees data, annual leave,EA forms and you

It is gross pay (basic plus allowances etc etc), but it can be a bit different when comes to deductions for EPF and SOCSO. For this you will have to contact EPF and SOCSO about it.
