Thank you in advance for answering my question, below are few questions that need you all to clarify for me:
1) My staff was terminated yesterday afternoon after we've issued 3 warning letters. We request to get back the company phone but he said need to back up to his new phone and promised to returned back 6pm yesterday but we couldn't contact him till now but only received a SMS that must get ready cash for these few days salary then only he will come to return the phone. For terminated staff can we just release the salary (few days salary) month end. Does he has the right to hold the company phone and request us to release his few days salary immediately. FYI we've released his Dec 16 salary he is requesting for Jan 17 salary. Anything i can do now?
