Is there any standard period for the company to pay reimbursement?

My situation is I used to get my reimbursement together with my salary. However, 3 months ago, I was told by the manager that the reimbursement will be paid the following month and now I haven't receive my NOV  & DEC reimbursement. Can you please advise on this and what can I do?

There is no such law for reimbursement. Just pester them to pay up faster.
