Recently i received a letter from hr(4/1/17) said i am not performing for last year appraisal and i will be place on PIP for 3 months. I have talked to my manager and she said i dont have any performance issue (same manager who evaluate me) and i have a copy from my last appraisal(july15-jun16). As far as i remember, i have signed my last appraisal with good comment and score and i dont have any issue until today. May i lodge a complaint to labour office because i have a right to be advice or counselling or verbal warning on my performance before any letter issue (after 6month of appraisal). I went to hr for clarification and they told me they can't do anything. I feel unfair with company policy

You can try to get some advice from the Industrial Relations Department.
