Recently i received a letter from hr said i was not performing for last year appraisal and i will be place on PIP for 3 months. I have talked to my manager and she said i dont have any performance issue and i have a copy from my last appraisal for review. As far as i remember, i have signed my last appraisal with good comment and score. May i lodge a complaint to labour office because i have a right to be advice on my performance before pip letter was issue. I feel unfair with company policy
