Resigned clear leave

The Staff resigned with 1 month notice and clear leave. During clear leave period company have urgent matters need the staff to come back and settle. but the staff ignore it.


1) Company have the right to ask the staff to come back settle some tasks? Since she is clearing annual leave, her basic still running.

2) If she still refused to give respond to company, what company can do for her? Have the right to forfeited her clear leave month salary? If yes, any documentation needed before taking such action?

It is difficult to make any comment without knowing the facts of the so-called urgent matters. You do what you think is the right thing to do. You can also consult the Labour Department.
