Hi, i worked at a company for 8months and still no incrementation, not bonded woth any contract, can i send 24hours resignation letter? The probation period stated verbally is 6months.. and yet still nothing whether i've been confirmed or still hanging. The salary only RM600 and not enough and yearsssss to get minimum salary (920). I've got a new job and need to start ASAP. So i want to write 24hrs resign letter to my boss. Besides, she verbally said that she can terminate any of us within probation period with 24hours notice if she want.

By law, the notice period should be one month irrespectively whether there is agreement or not. If she said service could be terminated with 24 hours, double check with her before you put in your resignation. You don't her to turn around and want to claim one month salary as indemnity from you.
