Good day.

I would like to get some advise from Labor Office that my company not pay out salary 3 months in total, what should we do? Company keep repeating same reason that they're waiting money transfer from investor (that's was mentioned 2-3 months ago), lately again mentioned that investor's money already in Penang but hold up by Bank Negara etc.

Please advise what can we do about it.

If your salary is not more than RM5000, you should personally go to the Labour Department and make a complaint there.

Then the Labour Department will not have to power to deal with the case. You may have to engage  a lawyer to sue in civil court for your unpaid salary. However, I think you better try your best to settle the matter amicably with your company. Going to court can be expensive as you may need a lawyer to do it.
