We are retail outlet operating from 10-10pm, 12 business hours.
If our break is 2.4 hrs daily. Our staff work on a routine of 5 full workdays + 2 full restdays on weekly basis.
1- 5 full work days (exclude breaks) = 12hrs - 2.4hrs = 9.6hrs daily x 5 days = 48hrs . Please advice if this routine is in accordance to the labour law.
2- Is working hours exclude break time?
