Termination of Employment clause in Appointment Letter

Refers to my appointment letter stated below.1)Upon confirmation - 1 mth notice & pay 1 mth salary lieu2)Senior staff - 3 mths notice & pay 3 mths salaryI work in this company for 3 year plus but my position title is remain & did not indicate as 'senior' executive in the bonus letter. Salary less than RM4k.Can I still resign with 1 mth notice? Pls advice. Tq

TQ for ur reply. I called labour dept today. I shall giving 1 month notice.When is my last day if I resign in 5-Jan-2017 (14 days annual leave entitlement in 2017)?

As I said, you will have to check and sort all that out with the HR department before you put in your resignation to avoid confusion and misunderstanding.
