Christmas 25th December 2016 fall on Sunday, means will has a replacement on Monday.
Q1) how to calculate for the above employee if report duty on Monday?

Q3) how to calculate for the above employee if report duty on Sunday and Monday?
Under the Employment Act (S60D) if the public holiday falls on a rest day the working day following immediately thereafter shall be a paid holiday. This means Sunday remains a rest day but Monday will be treated as the paid holiday.
